Online Training
- Online Training – Service & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all Online Training Plans, including Power 15X Prime, Power 20X Pro, and Diamond VIP.
After completing your subscription, your information will be carefully reviewed based on detailed assessment questions (80+ questions), InBody scan results, and your photos or measurements. Creating a fully customized program requires professional review and preparation time.
- Program Delivery
Within 5–7 days under normal circumstances.
Within 7–14 days during promotional offers.
This timeframe ensures that your program is specifically designed for you — not a generic template. While some exercises may be similar between clients (as certain foundational exercises are essential for everyone), the difference lies in intensity, progression, weight selection, and workout structure tailored to your personal goals and physical condition.
- Refund Policy
Once payment is completed, refunds are not available for any Online Training Plan.
We immediately begin reviewing your submitted information, analyzing your data, and building your personalized profile in our internal system. Since the customization process starts right away, refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced.
- Communication & Follow-Up
Each plan includes its specific level of support and communication as described at the time of subscription.
This may include WhatsApp follow-up, scheduled calls, or direct communication with Captain Maged depending on the selected package.
Online Courses
- Once payment is completed and you receive your username and password (account access), the course becomes non-refundable.
- Since digital access is granted immediately and course materials become available upon login, refunds cannot be issued after access credentials have been delivered.
Offline Courses
- Due to limited seating and prior venue arrangements, cancellations are subject to the following policy:
- You may cancel your booking and request a full refund up to 14 days (two weeks) before the course start date.
If the cancellation request is made less than 14 days before the course start date, the booking becomes non-refundable.
In case of non-attendance, no refund will be issued. - This policy ensures proper organization, seat allocation, and fairness to all participants.
Book – Refund & Replacement Policy
- To confirm seriousness of purchase, a 100 EGP booking fee is required before shipping the book.
- This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The 100 EGP is deducted from the total book price.
This amount covers shipping and handling fees charged by the courier company. Inspection Upon Delivery (Inside Egypt Only) - The customer has the right to inspect the book at the time of delivery.
- If there is any visible damage or major issue, the customer may refuse to receive the shipment.
A replacement copy will be sent at no additional cost. - If a printing defect is discovered within 7 days of delivery, the book will be replaced with a new copy.
The customer will only cover the shipping fees (if applicable). - This free replacement policy applies inside Egypt only.
- International Orders (Outside Egypt)
- For international shipments:
- All books are carefully inspected before shipping.
Any damage that occurs is usually due to international shipping conditions beyond our control. - Due to high international shipping costs, we are unable to send a free replacement copy outside Egypt.
- In such cases:
- A PDF version of the book will be provided free of charge.
If the customer later visits Egypt, or has a representative inside Egypt, a physical replacement copy can be provided free of charge (inside Egypt only). - No Refund Policy
- Once the book has been received from the courier, refunds are not available.
- The book cannot be returned for a cash refund after acceptance.
In case of defects, replacement is available only within 7 days and according to the conditions stated above.
Data Usage & Privacy Policy
- By subscribing to any of our services, you agree that your personal information (including assessment answers, photos, measurements, contact details, and health-related data) may be collected, stored, and used for the following purposes:
- Designing and customizing your nutrition and training programs
Service follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS
Monitoring progress and improving service quality and user experience
Informing you about important updates for online coaching or courses or Book or system, subscription renewals, special offers, or new updates that may support your fitness journey - We are committed to handling your data securely and responsibly.
Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties.
