Return Policy
1: Online training
- After paying the subscription, your data gets reviewed based on more than 50 questions, the InBody scan, and your photos or measurements. This, of course, takes time to create the right program for you, so you’ll receive it within 5-7 days. During offers, you get it within 7-14 days.
- This delay is so you get a program made just for you, not one that looks like everyone else’s.
- Sometimes, there might be similarities in some exercises, for sure, because there are basic exercises for everyone, but the difference comes in the weights, intensity, and workout density. Like, for example, I can’t tell you not to do lateral raises just because your friend is doing them too. There are exercises that, if removed or changed, could actually lead to opposite results.
- Once you’ve paid, there are no refunds because we already start reviewing all your info — the many questions, photos, InBody scan — and all of that gets added to your profile in our system. This process takes time, so it’s not possible to refund midway through since we’re already working on your plan.
- If you subscribe to the Power15 Golden plan Daily Medial or Power12X Daily Medical VIP packages, you get one session plus a check-up with a specialized physiotherapist at any of their clinics near you. Soon, physiotherapists will be available in all governorates, offering a free check-up and first session. If you’re fine with it, you can also get cupping or a deep massage.
- This session and check-up happen just once, and if you want to continue with more sessions, that’s handled separately with the doctor. But that first session is super important — to make sure you don’t train incorrectly if you have any issues, and if everything’s good, you can still benefit from the cupping or massage.
- You’ll have Captain Maged’s number and can contact him via WhatsApp weekly if you’re on the Power10X Weekly plan,
- or daily if you’re on Power15 Golden plan or Daimond VIP. For the Power12X VIP, you also get two video or phone calls a month.
- The VIP calls are scheduled two weeks in advance to make sure the timing works for both sides. We’ll set the day and time, and Captain Maged will send you a Google Meets link for the call
- Phone calls aren’t available for Power10X and Power15 Golden plans.
- If you signed up during a special offer, you can renew your subscription at the same discounted price.
2: Online courses.
- You can get a refund after the third lecture if the content is weak or not impressive for you!!
- The refund will be processed within a week of purchasing the course.
- If you start the fourth lecture, you are not entitled to a refund.
3: Courses in the academy.
- Please note that the numbers in the hall are limited and after booking the course, the seat will be reserved for you No one will come to take your place for sure 🙏🏻
- This reservation amount is for the seriousness of attendance and to know the numbers that will attend so that they are suitable for the hall
After the number is complete and the hall is full, you will be contacted to confirm the date and create a What’s App group so that the details of the place and location are sent - In the event of non-attendance or requesting to cancel attendance and refund the reservation amount, there is no refund for the amount.. because your place in the hall is available and no one will take it 🙏🏻 And there are people who asked about the possibility of attending and we inform them that the numbers are complete.. So you lose a place for you and others
- In case that you miss a lecture, there is no compensation in the other groups because each group has a specific number of seats, so you will not have a place.. except with an exception from Captain Maged with his notification before it with a while
