Can the accreditation exam be taken online?
Yes, you submit it online, it gets reviewed, and you’ll be informed of the result.
How do I receive the accredited certificate?
You can collect it from the academy in Heliopolis, Cairo.
What if I’m from another city or country? Can it be shipped?
Unfortunately, shipping isn’t available due to the risk of damage. You can arrange a courier yourself, or have a friend collect it for you.
4. Will I learn how to apply this knowledge to myself or clients?
Absolutely. That’s the main goal of the course — to teach you everything.
5. Who is the course suitable for — beginners or those with a background?
It suits both beginners and professionals. The first lecture brings everyone to the same level, and then the deeper content begins from lecture two onward.
6. How long is the course?
Anatomy: 8 lectures
Nutrition: 10 lectures
Each lecture lasts 4–5 hours.
7. How many lectures per week? What time?
Two lectures per week: Friday and Saturday.
Each lecture is 4 hours long, whether offline or online.
Online lectures can be started anytime.
8. Are the lectures recorded?
No, you can’t record them yourself. But the content stays available on the platform for two years. Renewal costs 900 EGP.
9. If I miss a lecture, can I make it up?
If you have valid reasons, you can attend with the next group or watch the lecture online. You can only make up a maximum of two missed lectures.
10. Is the course online or in a specific location? Where?
It’s available as pre-recorded online content.
Offline sessions are in Heliopolis, Cairo, during February and August only.
11. What’s the price? Is there an installment plan?
Anatomy: 5000 EGP
Nutrition: 6250 EGP
You can pay in two or three installments max.

You can also request a full free lecture by sending your full name and email — they’ll send you access through the platform.

2. Can I eat homemade food?
Yes, your diet will be designed around what’s available to you, and everything has plenty of alternatives. You’ll also get free lifetime access to the Cooking Substitutes Tool (normally worth $120), with a tutorial included.
3. Do I need a gym, or can I train at home?
You can choose between a gym or home-based workout program. Both options are available.
4. How many days per week will I train?
This depends on your specific program, which is customized to your needs.
5. Are the exercises explained with videos?
Absolutely! I personally record the videos explaining proper form with voice and visuals to help you avoid injuries. Here’s an example.
6. How often will you follow up with me?
There are daily and weekly follow-up options, depending on the package you choose.
7. How long will it take to gain muscle or lose weight?
It varies by gender, body type, muscle mass, hormones, and genetics. All of this is evaluated through the initial questions so I can create a plan for quick results.

14. I’m afraid of lifting weights. Is all training resistance-based?
You can use light weights or resistance bands. No need for heavy weights if that’s not your preference.
15. If I have a question, how quickly do you respond?

16. Do you follow up via video or just chat?
